Gaby Guicciardi is the co-founder and CEO of Destination Brides. Born in Panama City, Panama, Gaby has always cherished her Latin American roots and developed a fondness for travel at an early age. Even after moving to the United States at age 12, she continued to explore the world and worked as a travel agent for over a decade to help others do the same.
In 2014, Gaby met the love of her life, Josh Lipoff, at a networking event. Five years later they got engaged and planned a wedding in Cabo San Lucas. But for Gaby, planning her dream wedding quickly turned into a logistical nightmare. After missed calls, lengthy email chains and many late nights, she found herself taking on the work of a travel agent, wedding planner and coordinator — all on top of a full-time job.
Gaby never wanted another bride to endure what she went through. So in 2019, she used her experience as a travel agent and the lessons she learned as a destination bride to create a one-of-a-kind travel and wedding planning service to bridge the gap between brides and the destination wedding of their dreams.
With her team of expert destination wedding specialists, Gaby provides couples with insider advice, exclusive resources, consistent communication and unique connections so they can sit back, relax and focus on what really matters — celebrating their love story with the people they love most.
Josh Lipoff
Co-founder & President
Josh Lipoff serves as President of Destination Brides. A graduate of the University of Miami, Josh holds a Bachelors of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. He met his fiancée and business partner Gaby Guicciardi in 2014 and proposed five years later.
In 2019, Gaby and Josh founded Destination Brides after planning their own destination wedding quickly turned into a nightmare. Using Gaby’s prior experience as a travel agent and Josh’s business savvy, the two built a luxury travel and wedding planning service designed to take the stress out of planning a destination wedding.

Marketing Manager
Emma Charlotte “EmChar” Young graduated from the University of Central Florida with a BA in Advertising and Public Relations. She began working for Destination Brides in 2021.
