For a legal wedding in Mexico, you will need four witnesses, a blood test, (done by a certified doctor in Mexico), passports, and other documents (as listed below). If a woman is divorced, it must be at least one year since the divorce was finalized. If either partner is widowed, a death certificate must be provided.
