For a legal wedding in the Aruba, you will need to submit paperwork a month ahead of time and make an appointment at city hall. You will also need two witnesses, passports, and other documents (as listed below). If either party is divorced, the original decree must be provided. If either partner is widowed, a death certificate must be provided.
